Use method
1.Dilute the acid first and select additive amount according to the operating temperature. Stir in proportion with the additive, then add other one.
2.reference dosage
20% HCL, 60^oC increase 0.5-1.0%, 90^oC plus 1-1.5%;
28% HCL, 90^oC increase 1.5-2%, 120^oC plus 2-2.5%;
140^oC plus 3-3.5%, 180^oC plus 4-5%.
Package and store
200L iron or plastic drum packaging, stored in a ventilated and cool place.
