Performance and application
LD-gh high temperature corrosion inhibitor could effectively inhibit the corrosion of active sulfur (H2S, S) and naphthenic acid in high-temperature (260-400oC) in processing of the crude oil. It was widely used to solve the problem of heat-bit corrosion of high-sulfur, high-acid oil in the process of reduced pressure distillation and the corrosion rate was generally more than 90%.
Use method
the stock solution or solution of 10-20% diluted with diesel could be injected directly by metering pump and the injection volume was 80-120ppm or so( measured by the stock solution) , while the normal volume was about 20-50ppm. The injection point was generally located at the cut 2 midpiece reflow point. In order to prevent the high-temperature corrosion preferably, it could also operate from the place of primary tower, normal two midpiece, atmospheric tower bottom, cut one midpiece and five-point direction of cut two midpiece. The injection volume was 20-50ppm .(based on the rate of flow)
Package and store
200L iron or plastic drum packaging, or other forms of packaging was available according to customer's requirements , avoided the sunshine and stored in ventilated and dry place.
