Performance and application
LD-s01 acid vapor corrosion inhibitors were widely used for SWS device in refineries which could effectively ease the corrosion of stripping tower, tower body and lateral line Segregation system. The main component of the inhibitor was modified organic acid imidazoline ,which was easy to use due to its nature of good film forming and water-miscible by free ratio.
Use method
The injection could be stock solution or the solution diluted by water (the dilution ratio was determined based on the injection volume and the flow volume of metering pump). There existed a greater diversity of the injection volume due to the differences of the raw water's nature . The principle was to control the concentration of Fe2+ to be lower than 3 ppm in purified water and the general volume of stock solution was 100-200 ppm of the stock wastewater (it should be injected double at the initial 10 days of film-forming period). In terms of the single tower stripping, the corrosion inhibitor entered into the stripper from the top of the tower with the raw sewage and part of the inhibitor was injected from horizontal lateral line drawn segment if the lateral line extracted segregation system was seriously corrode, in contrast to the twin tower stripping, the inhibitor should be injected respectively from the horizontal pipes of H2S stripper tower top and ammonia stripper tower top.
Package and store
200L iron or plastic drum packaging, or other forms of packaging was available according to customer's requirements , avoided the sunshine and stored in ventilated and dry place.
